Q: When will my box be shipped? 

A: Any Poke Packs Order is Guaranteed to ship out within 2 Business Days. 

Q: Are the Packs included in Poke Packs Boxes weighed or resealed? 

A: All of the packs in my boxes come from sealed and authentic Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Tins, Or Collection Boxes. All of the packs go directly from the authentic Pokemon boxes, into my Poke Packs Boxes. We Guarantee that any Pack you receive in my Boxes is 100% authentic, unopened, and has not been searched/weighed. 

Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime? 

A: Yes! Enter your customer portal by logging in with your registered email, or shoot us an email at: pokepacksbox@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. 

Q: If I subscribe, when and how often will I be charged? 

A: You will be charged on the 15th of every month unless you request to be charged on a specific date, which we can arrange for you. You will be charged once per month on the 15th (or your selected date). 

Q: When do the new Boxes come out each month? 

A: The new Poke Packs Boxes drop on the 15th of Every month at 12pm Est. 

Q: I want to Add-On packs to my subscription box, what is the best way to go about this? 

A: To add-on to your subscription for just one month, just order the selected products separately, and leave a note in checkout that you would like the add-ons to be combined with your subscription box for that month. You will be charged for additional shipping, which will be refunded.  

Q: How do I change my payment method or address for my subscription? 

A: Just send us an email at: pokepacksbox@gmail.com and we will send you a separate email with a link to update your payment method/address. 

Q: Do you ship internationally and if so, what is the cost? 

A: Yes we ship all over the globe! International shipping cost is calculated at checkout, via our shipping calculator!
